Current service status

games.enterprises provides up to 60 minutes of play without registration. After that allowance is used, registration is required and a signed-in user receives one additional allowance of up to 60 minutes. When both allowances are used, continued game access requires a subscription.

The planned subscription includes a 30-day free trial and requires a card through hosted Stripe Checkout. Public subscription enrollment and pricing are not currently offered. Before enrollment is enabled, Checkout will display the total consumer price, included applicable indirect tax, first charge date, and monthly automatic renewal immediately before confirmation.

Path of Claw may separately offer account-bound, non-expiring cosmetic skins as one-time digital purchases for a tax-inclusive total of US$0.99 or US$1.99. These are not subscriptions and do not create recurring charges. Availability is shown in the game and a sale is offered only in a market for which the required operator details and tax or VAT treatment have been confirmed and configured.

The Service is operated by Katsiaryna Filosaf, an individual operating from Poland under the games.enterprises brand. Before any paid Checkout is made available, required operator registration details and the applicable tax or VAT treatment must be confirmed and every legally required identifier disclosed. The purchase interface and our durable-medium contract confirmation show the item, total, tax treatment, delivery, withdrawal, complaint, and refund information applicable to the order.

The Terms of Use govern access to the website, free play allowances, accounts, games, comments, the planned subscription, and one-time digital skin purchases. The Privacy Policy explains what data is processed and what rights users have.

How to read these documents

These documents should be read together. Specific terms clearly displayed at Stripe Checkout may supplement these rules, but they do not restrict any inalienable consumer rights. If translations differ, the version that applicable law requires to be provided to the user will prevail; we do not use translations to diminish mandatory rights.

A subscription or skin is offered through its purchase interface, not through the legal pages alone. Review the item, final total and tax, duration, delivery, withdrawal consequences, and any renewal terms shown immediately before confirming an order.
