1. Scope
This process applies to comments and other information submitted by users on games.enterprises. The Report illegal content link beside a comment leads to this page and carries the game and comment identifiers when available.
You may use the same channel for an ordinary breach of these Terms that is not illegal, but clearly identify the rule you believe was breached.
2. How to submit a notice
Email support@games.enterprises with the subject "Illegal content notice." If domain forwarding is unavailable, use 100games.enterprises@gmail.com. Notices are accepted electronically and do not require an account.
- Provide the exact URL, game, comment identifier, or other information that lets us locate the specific material.
- Explain in sufficient detail why the material is illegal and, if known, identify the relevant legal basis.
- Provide your name and email address, except for notices concerning suspected offences involving sexual abuse, exploitation of children, or related material where the law permits those details to be omitted.
- Include a good-faith statement that the information and allegations in the notice are accurate and complete.
3. Review and decision
If contact details are supplied, we will acknowledge receipt without undue delay. Notices are reviewed in a timely, diligent, objective, and non-arbitrary manner. A decision is not made solely by automated means: a person reviews the specific material.
We may leave the material available, limit its visibility, remove it, or apply a proportionate account restriction. Urgent action may be taken for an immediate threat, manifestly illegal material, a legal obligation, or a security risk. Information may be preserved and disclosed to a competent authority where there is a lawful basis.
4. Outcome and statement of reasons
Where we have electronic contact details, we will tell the notifier the outcome and available redress. The affected user will also receive a clear and specific explanation of a restriction where permitted and where doing so would not undermine an investigation or safety.
The explanation will identify the facts and circumstances, whether a notice or our own review prompted the decision, the legal or contractual ground, the scope and duration of the restriction, any use of automated tools, and the available ways to challenge it.
5. Challenge a decision
A notifier or affected user may challenge a decision at support@games.enterprises by identifying the original notice or decision, explaining the disagreement, and providing any new information. A person reviews the challenge and a response will be provided within a reasonable period.
This internal process does not restrict access to a court, competent authority, the Polish Digital Services Coordinator, or an available certified out-of-court dispute-settlement body.
6. Misuse of the channel
Do not submit knowingly false, repetitive, or abusive notices. After a warning, we may proportionately limit the processing of manifestly unfounded repeat notices, taking account of their number, the proportion that is unfounded, their effects, and the notifier's intention. A good-faith notice is not penalized merely because a violation is not established.
